0165(2)(d) - During the inspection, this licensor observed accessible plastic bags in the tall, narrow cabinet and the revolving cabinet to the right of the kitchen sink cabinets. 0165(3)(a)(b) - During the inspection, this licensor observed an accessibl coffee grinder with sharp blades and a waffle iron in the right cabinet underneath the kitchen island counter. 0165(4)(e) - During the inspection, this licensor measured the water in the restroom handwashing sink to be 129.5 degrees F. This temperature was measured using the provided DCYF thermometer.
